#124 Dan Hart

Dan Hart was working in the hospitality industry when he decided he wanted to be a fighter. He walked into a local gym and signed up. On his first day, he rolled with a kid that weighed about 70 lbs less than him. That kid proceeded to kick Dan's ass and from that day forward Dan knew he wanted to get his black belt.

To hear how Dan achieved his goal, what he believes is the criteria for a Black Belt, and his thoughts on where Jiu Jitsu is heading, check out episode #124 of The RŌL Radio available now.
